I was looking for a replacement fan for an obsolete ceiling fan and chose this unit as the closest I could find. I had to turn around the fan unit to fit my application but it works well and is quiet and efficient.

This replacement fan/motor combination was accurately described and presented along with additional options for purchase. I could have bought a cheaper knock-off unit, but I really don't want to deal with this again next year and was willing to spend more on this knowing it was OEM. Shipping was seamless with great packing to avoid damage. There are no instructions included, but this item is intended for a knowledgeable contractor. Installation was a breeze (I'm not a contractor, but have half a brain) and I'm very happy to have a working (and quiet) exhaust fan once again. Please note that you'll need to use the mounting bolts from your existing installation as this does not include fresh hardware. Very glad to have come across the McCombs website!

Product was packaged well. Arrived when expected. Easy install. Operates as expected but might be (very) slightly louder than the original fan motor that burned out.

I can't believe that this fan is identical to the one I replaced dated 1983. Easy to install and works silently. Now I can't disguise my farts like I did with the old fan noise anymore.
