Received in 3 days. Installed and had ice the next morning. Best price by far for a replacement ice maker. Wiring harness was a little long but no problem with rerouting. Total installation time 10 minutes.

We have had a warranty on our fridge,which is a Frigidaire side by side. The warranty ran out as did the extended warranty. The 1st ice maker was replaced under warranty, the second ice maker didn’t have a warranty, it lasted longer than the first ice maker did by 4 years..so, we are now on our 3rd ice maker with this refrigerator. It was a little tricky to install but we did it ourselves. It simple.
The company did respond to our questions quickly by email. We did have a payment issue but that was on me, and it was resolved as well. I am grateful to have this ice maker running again, buying ice is getting expensive and I much prefer having a good running ice maker.

Bought and installed this ice maker last April. Worked great. Produced about three loads an hour. didn't have any problem keeping the dispenser filled. In the last couple weeks it has slowed way down. Has trouble keeping the dispenser filled, even overnight.
I've checked the freezer. It stays right at four degrees. What it was when I installed the ice maker.

We had tried several other things before deciding to just replace the ice maker. This was by far the cheapest option and worked perfectly (after waiting 24 hours for it to get cold)!

The ice maker fit and worked. The guy on the phone was very helpful and what he recommended worked.
I had a problem figuring out the electrical connector at first (disconnecting the old ice maker). It was hard to see at arm's length inside a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer. There was no diagram of how to unlock the connector with the kit.
My next issue was with the wiring harness. It was quite long and it took a while for me to find a way to wedge it out of the way so it did not interfere with ice bin moving in and out.
The other issue was of my own making. When I installed the unit, I did not get the water fill tube in the correct position so it spilled water into the freezer each time it made ice. The main consequence of the spilled water was that it froze up the dispenser motor and I needed to get a hair dryer to melt the ice (which actually worked quite well).

Order and ice maker after installing it the ice maker didn't work. Contacted support and they quickly replied that the ice maker had to be installed for 24 hrs. I works great. Thank you so much for your quick shipping and your wonderful customer care

Works fine. Had to use both lengths of wire to get it to hook back up to the original fridge wiring and the leveling bracket hole did not line up with the fridge hole , but it wasn't needed.

Came with everything needed and was an OEM replacement. They also had it at the least expensive pricing from anywhere else on the web.

WORKS GREAT NEEDS BIGGER NOTE AS TO WHY IT DOESN,T WORK UNTIL THE TEMP IS BELOW SET VALUE BECAUSE OF THERMOCOUPLE ADDED.
