It turned out to be something else wrong with the washer, not your fault i should of put the washer on diagnostic mode that I learned after I had ordered the actuator but I love the price compared to the other sale stores.
Correct part to fix my washing machine, which saved me hundred of dollar, and much cheaper than buying from whirlpool directly!

I would recommend this company to anyone and it will be my go to from now on. The part arrived fast. Took me less than 15 minutes to install. I ran the washer in calibrate mode and done. We have washed a number of loads and no issues at all.

Due to my misdiagnosis this did not solve my problem. Eventual solution was a replacement controller board.
Part showed up sooner than expected. Easy replacement part. Hope it last longer than the original. Apparently this part is a common failure with wirlpool. Thanks to YouTube I was able to diagnose the problem easily. Let's see how long this lasts.
