For me the most important it aspect is that it works and it was much cheaper than getting the part from Brown. Easy to install in this oven. The plastic wire bolts melted.

I ordered this replacement at a fraction of the cost of the OEM part. I had to bend the bracket so it would fit but it worked perfectly!! I can't afford a new oven right now so this should last me till I can afford a new one.

Was excellent quality product,worked as intended,also packaging is first rate as box it was shipped had product invaded in Styrofoam which really had no chance of getting broken in shipment,thanks for quick service also
