    Pleasantly surprised

Posted by Unknown on 25th Jan 2018

I have to admit I was worried about getting a quality part because of the low price.
Shipping was fast. The element was well packaged in a correctly sized box. It arrived in perfect shape without a nick or crack. The connectors were all the correct size and this was a direct replacement for the OEM element. It took me about 20 minutes to replace the element. The element works perfectly.
I will purchase from McCombs again if I need more parts.

    Quality

Product arrived ahead of schedule. It was in excellent shape, and worked as expected. The fire brick on my part looked brand new from the factory. I will look to McComb supply the next time I need an appliance part.

    Not quite OEM

Posted by Joe on 9th Jan 2017

Part delivered quickly. Fire bricking was cracked 3 places, used it anyway, original was cracked 2 places, so, I guess it's okay. The 2 sensor wires had smaller connections that wouldn't fit the 1/4" terminals. I had to spread them open, hope that's alright ? Otherwise, it's working.
