Replacement motor for bathroom fan works great, exact fit and mounting. McCombs search found my old part number and showed this motor is equivalent and specs are the same, other sites didn't. Much better pictures too.

I think I placed my order on Thursday afternoon/evening and it arrived on Monday (I'm in Ohio). My old motor (1980's) was a JAC271G, and this fits perfectly. The motor itself is virtually silent, only attaching the squirrel cage made the system audible. There are four rubber bumper feet that go between the housing and the motor. I didn't take mine completely apart until the motor arrived so I didn't know that. Fortunately I was able to peel off the old ones and reuse them. I would suggest checking to see if you need those before ordering since the motor does not come with these. Much better pricing than Amazon, and just as quick delivery. To quote Arnold...
