I am extremely Happy as the item was a perfect fit for the installation and we have already used it may be 4 different occasions. Worked perfect, and heat from the element is excellent. The price is pretty low. After adding the shipping (USPS Priority mail out of state) it came to almost same as the lowest price in the market. Prior to this I had bought the lower bake element on line from Lowe's. However, after measuring the distance between the holes on the plate that would attach to the wall of the oven, the holes of the Element did not align with the holes on the oven wall. The holes on the product's plate were 1/4" wider so definitely it would not fit. Therefore, I even did not try to install the Lowe's Bake Element and returned it. Others had similar frustrating experience (holes not aligning; one wrote he had to drill holes on the oven wall to align, which I did not dare) with similar product bought from other stores. Before ordering from McCombsSupply, I made sure that the the dimensions specified for the product are compatible with my existing bake element, i.e., the shape (loop pattern and number of loops), distance between the terminals where the back plate is located on the element, the wattage, voltage, etc. are matching with my Bake element. The dimensions McCombsSupply specified for this part in their website were true. (By the way, Lowe's had not specified the dimensions of the product on their website for this Bake element.) Every thing of my purchase was so perfect that I was eagerly waiting to write a review to express my joyful experience. I definitely would recommend McCombsSupply Co, Inc to purchase this part and hopefully other parts. Shipping and handling (came in a sturdy cardboard box) was excellent; arrived promptly. Communication was to the point and they provided tracking number for the shipped item. Definitely I would give 5 Stars (or even more) out of 5 Stars.
